We have been making fresh pasta since 1970 when Signora Antonia treated the neighbourhood to her delicacies sold from her small shop in the Bovisa district of Milan.
It wasn't too long before the orders were rolling in from the local restaurants and bakeries so we outgrew the shop and set up a new production kitchen.
In the 1980's, in a bid to satisfy increasing demand, we set up a fully equipped 1000 square metre plus unit in Buccinasco just south west of Milan which is fully compliant with stringent HACCP regulations.
The superior quality and our ability to create fresh pasta to order has led to our reaching out to a wider and more varied client base and additionally achieving increased repeat business. Alongside our range of artisan made fresh pastas including tortellini, gnocchi and tagliatelle we also make tortelloni presented in a variety of shapes, colours and most importantly with a selection of fillings.
Our versatility coupled with our adherence to the highest standards of hygiene makes Pastificio Renisi a thoroughly modern, artisan company producing high quality and authentic pasta. |
